นิสิตในโครงการ GBT ศึกษาเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทยณ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
MBA Chula นำนิสิตในโครงการ GBT ศึกษาเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทยผ่านการเยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ช้างเอราวัณและเมืองโบราณ ณ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เมื่อวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน ที่ผ่านมา
โครงการ Global Business Track (GBT) เป็นหนึ่งในโครงการพิเศษของหลักสูตร MBA จุฬาฯ ที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนิสิตให้มีมุมมองทางธุรกิจในระดับนานาชาติ โดยเป็นโครงการที่ MBA Chula ร่วมมือกับ University of Victoria, Canada และ University of Glasgow, Scotland ซึ่งนิสิตได้เดินทางไปเรียนโมดูลแรก ณ ประเทศแคนาดา เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน และประเทศสกอตแลนด์ในโมดูล 2 เป็นเวลา 3เดือน ก่อนจะมาเรียนที่MBA Chula ในโมดูลสุดท้ายนี้
ในช่วงเช้า คณะฯ ได้เยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ช้างเอราวัณ ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่จัดแสดงศิลปวัตถุที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมไทย ภายใต้สถาปัตยกรรมอันโดดเด่นของช้างเอราวัณขนาดใหญ่ ความสูงกว่า 40 เมตร ที่ตั้งตระหง่านอยู่บนฐานกลมอันวิจิตรงดงาม แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเชื่อและความศรัทธาของคนไทยในเรื่องจักรวาลวิทยา และการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างศิลปะไทยกับพุทธศาสนา
ในช่วงบ่าย คณะฯ ได้เดินทางไปเยี่ยมชมเมืองโบราณ แหล่งเรียนรู้ทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมไทยที่จำลองสถาปัตยกรรมสำคัญจากภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวัด พระราชวัง และหมู่บ้านพื้นถิ่น ทำให้นิสิตได้เห็นถึงความหลากหลายและความงดงามของวัฒนธรรมไทยอย่างใกล้ชิด
On June 23, MBA Chula organized a cultural trip for Global Business Track (GBT) students to the Erawan Museum and Ancient City in Samut Prakan Province.
The GBT Program is a special initiative at MBA Chula that aims to develop students’ potential for an international business perspective. This program involves collaboration between MBA Chula, the University of Victoria in Canada, and the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Students spend three months studying in Canada for the first module, followed by another three months in Scotland for the second module, before completing their studies at MBA Chula for the final module.
In the morning, the students visited the Erawan Museum, which showcases art and craftsmanship related to Thai religion and culture. The Erawan elephant museum itself also reflects the beliefs and faith of the Thai people, which is inspired from the combination of cosmology, Thai art, and Buddhism.
In the afternoon, the students explored the Ancient City, a location designed to educate visitors about Thai history and culture. The site replicates significant architecture from various regions of Thailand, including temples, palaces, and traditional villages, allowing students to appreciate the diversity and beauty of Thai culture up close.
