MBA Chula students visited Jao.Un café for a site study to observe its internal operations
On 15 February, the MBA Program at Chulalongkorn Business School was honored to welcome Mr. Sirapong Suppattarasaet, a café entrepreneur, as a guest speaker for the Young Executive 32/1 class in the course 2602546 Operation Management for Competitive Advantage.
This session provided students with the opportunity to learn directly from a real entrepreneur through firsthand experiences and real business cases, allowing them to gain close insight into business operations and the challenges faced in today’s competitive environment.
In the evening, students visited Jao.Un café for a site study to observe its internal operations. They engaged in discussions with the owner, asked questions, and exchanged ideas regarding the challenges the business is currently facing, while collaboratively proposing constructive solutions.
Our MBA program emphasizes the 5C principles, particularly Care — fostering social responsibility and creating value for society. By bringing students into real business settings, we encourage them to think critically, analyze real-world issues, and contribute practical solutions to help small businesses grow sustainably.
