This marks a pioneering success in developing a soup base concentrate that drastically reduces sodium usage via advanced Taste Perception Enhancement using nano chitosan technology When applied to Black Shabu Soup Concentrate it effectively controls sodium at an optimal level while flawlessly amplifying the mellow Umami profile and preserving the natural quality of the ingredients As a result enjoying and sipping the savory broth becomes completely safe ensuring consumers no longer have to trade off delicious taste for health risks This directly addresses global health trends and the prevention of Non Communicable Diseases NCDs.
