On April 28, 2025, students from GLOBIS University, Japan, visited Chulalongkorn Business School to participate in a cultural and academic exchange with our MBA students. The program continues through April 30.

The morning session featured a lecture on “The Thai Economy and Sustainability” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanis Saengchote, who provided an overview of Thailand’s economic structure, development trends under Thailand 4.0, and the role of agriculture. This was followed by Dr. Pattharin Tangwaragorn’s talk on Digital Transformation and the importance of Digital Knowledge in driving the modern economy.

After the lectures, participants shared a Thai lunch in a friendly, cross-cultural setting. In the afternoon, students joined a hands-on workshop on “Innovation for Social Inclusion” led by Mr. Chatchai Aphibanpoonpon, founder and CEO of Klong Dinsor Co., Ltd.

Through the lens of design thinking, students worked in teams to create inclusive solutions—such as a game controller for people with disabilities—highlighting the power of empathy and creativity in innovation.
