Check Test ID (on website) : December 15,2021
Exam Date : Saturday, December 18, 2021 ( 8 – 12 o’clock)
Note: Seats are limited! Once the seats are full, the application system will be closed immediately even it is before the closing date.
Note for Applicants :
All applicants are required to submit the following documents before the closing date.
(1) An assessment form according to the preventive measures of the spread of COVID-19
(2) Vaccine certificate or vaccination result from “Mor Prom” application
Applications need to be two doses vaccinated at least 14 days before the test date. (One dose of Johnson & Johnson accepted)
If applicants do not meet any of vaccination requirements. Applicants have not to submit vaccine certificate.
If applicants do not meet any of vaccination requirements, applicants need to show any of the following documents on the test date.
(1) The negative COVID-19 Antigen test result from the medical facilities with the doctor’s signature no more than 3 days before the test date or
(2) The medical certificate with Negative COVID-19 Antigen test result from the medical facilities with the doctor’s signature no more than 3 days before the test date.

Once completing the form, do not have to submit the required documents yet. Please wait until the list of qualified applicants is announced (Check Schedule).
If you are a qualified applicants, you can print out the application form and payment slip in the application system.
After that, please make a payment for application fee
and submit all the required documents to MBA office within a deadline. ( Check list of Submit Documents and “Cover Sheet” from link to MBA English Program detail below at sub-menu “Document” )
