เมื่อวันที่ 21 กันยายน 2568 หลักสูตร MBA จุฬาฯ ขอกราบขอบพระคุณ Mr. Masaaki Hashimoto, Chairman & Representative Director, Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Ltd. ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ที่ให้เกียรติมาบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “ENDURING SUCCESS: JAPANESE MANAGEMENT VALUES FROM 136 YEARS OF FAMILY BUSINESS LEGACY”
ในการบรรยายครั้งนี้ Mr. Hashimoto ได้ถ่ายทอดวิสัยทัศน์การบริหารและประสบการณ์ตรงในฐานะทายาทรุ่นที่ 4 ของธุรกิจครอบครัวกว่า 136 ปี ที่สามารถนำพา Hashimoto Sogyo จากร้านเล็ก ๆ สู่การเป็นบริษัทมหาชน และต่อยอดสู่การเป็น Holding Company ที่มีบริษัทในเครือกว่า 10 แห่งและเครือข่ายกว่า 50 สาขาทั่วประเทศญี่ปุ่น

On September 21, 2025, the MBA Chula had the great honor of welcoming Mr. Masaaki Hashimoto, Chairman & Representative Director of Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Ltd., Japan, as a distinguished guest speaker on the topic:
“ENDURING SUCCESS: JAPANESE MANAGEMENT VALUES FROM 136 YEARS OF FAMILY BUSINESS LEGACY”
In his lecture, Mr. Hashimoto shared his management philosophy and invaluable experiences as the 4th-generation successor of a 136-year-old family business. Under his leadership, Hashimoto Sogyo has grown from a small local store into a publicly listed company, and further into a holding company with over 10 subsidiaries and more than 50 branches across Japan.
At the core of this enduring success are the timeless family values of “Honesty, Kindness, and Dedication”, along with the principle of being the Best Partner for all stakeholders. These guiding principles have enabled the company to navigate through various economic eras and remain resilient in today’s rapidly changing world.
